Here are the draft goals and objectives developed at the June 16 Steering Committee meeting:

Over the next two weeks or so, staff will be asked to suggest and evaluate strategies for accomplishing the objectives.  Meanwhile, the Steering Committee is in the process of gathering the most current data in order to develop the target groups for library services under Goal II:  Community Outreach.
